                        He has to improve in his social skills such as behaviour and communication skills.

BEHAVIOUR:

                        Jeyasurya Pandian is good in behaviour. He is obedient and respects all the elders and he moves friendly with his friends.

COMMUNICATION SKILLS:

                        He has to improve in his communication, though he knows the answer for the questions asked he is hesitating to give the answers because of his language problem. Once his language fluency is enhanced, he can become the best student. He can develop the communication also.

EMOTIONAL SKILLS:

                        He is stable in expressing his emotions. He will not show his peak emotions to his friends. He will not show his emotions to his friends. He will not hurt anybody at any cost. He has the ability to control his emotions and tackle the problem.

AREA OF INTEREST:

                        Jeya surya pandian has great interest in both studies and also in extracurricular activities. He shows his best performance in studies. In extra activities such as art, chart work and activity work, he is good. He has to improve the same interest in sports also. He is good in speech, debate, and quiz and got prize for participating actively in all these activities.

COURTEOUSNESS:

                        He readily wishes the teachers and feels happy in saying thank you when he gets something from his friends and teachers. He also willingly says sorry, when he commits a mistake. 

CONFIDENCE:

                        His confidence level is high and this is good. He can do the work with confidence and he has the ability to explain his work. He will not hesitate to answer. This makes him to work perfectly.

CARE FOR BEHAVIOUR:

                        He is good in keeping his things safe. But sometime he misplaces the things and goes in search of them. This happens rarely. If this is also rectified, then his safety behaviour is very good.

NEATNESS:

            He is good in neatness. His dressing arranging the booking, classroom neatness is very good. His neatness in handwriting is improving and handling the notebook has to be improved.

REGULARITY AND PUNCTUALITY:

                        He is regular in his homeworks, activities and all the otherworks.He is also punctual in submitting them by time. He has to improve the neatness in the activity work by doing them with much more effort.

INITIATIVE:

                        He is good in initiative. He voluntarily takes part in all the school programs and proves his unique up to his level. He is active in the classroom activity also and he is ready to participate in all the activities.

SPIRIT OF SERVICE:

                        He is very good in helping his friends and also other lower class students. He readily shares his things with his friends.

RESPECT FOR OTHERS PROPERTIES:

                        He has a good respect to others properties.. He will take care of the blackboard and other things in his class, and if anything is found on the floor, he will either give it to them or hand it over to the teachers carefully. He will not spoil anything inside the campus.

                        In extracurricular his creative skill is good. But he has to improve the same in academics. By understanding comparing and continuous reading, he can improve this skill in academic also.

LEADERSHIP:

            He has the ability to lead a group along with him. He can control them and also take care of them with much responsibility. He wishes to be the first in all the work and activities.

THINKING SKILLS:

                        He is good in his thinking skills. This will become best by proper guidance and encouragement. His ability to think the variations between the things and choosing the best is also good to some extent.

SELF AWARENESS:

                        He has the ability to identify things and assess the things, so he is aware of many things. He is also ready to explain the awareness to his friends.

PROBLEM SOLVING:

                        He has to improve the problem solving capacity. To some extent, he can do this, but when he has some critical problems, he needs the help of his teachers or elders.

 DECISION MAKING:

                        He is very strong in decision making. Once options are given in choosing the topics for seminars and activities, he analyzes them and he can choose the right option which suits him better.

CRITICAL THINKING:

                        He has to improve his critical thinking. Once a problem is critical, he tries to solve the problem only with teacher’s guidelines. He has to improve the problem solving ability in the critical situations also.

ACADEMICS:

                         In general, he is good in all the subjects. In languages, he is observing well and answering the questions. His answer presentation is good. In science and social science, he has a good interest and understanding. This makes him to be active in all the class works and homeworks.In math’s, he is good in solving the problems. He is also good in allied subjects such as computer, art, moral values, etc. He can answer the questions easily.His handwriting is improving and if he practice in this method, he can improve well. His homework and activities are good. Yet, he has the capability to improve more to become the best.

MARKS:
                        Jeya surya pandian is very good, talented boy. He has many abilities. He is good in three languages. He has many good qualities. The only thing, he is lacking in his communication that too he can manage to some extent. If continuous practice is given, he can improve in this also.

RECOMMENDATIONS:

                                    His communication part and handwriting should be improved. We are improving these skills by giving him seminar and assignments. We expect the parents to guide him in doing the practice.
